"Truth, Justice and the American Way"… West Virginia Style
In today's rapidly changing world, political complacency comes at a steep price. Just turn on the news—from international conflicts to domestic challenges, we're witnessing the consequences of failed leadership firsthand. The modern reality is clear: local decisions influence global events, and world events directly impact our communities here in West Virginia.
Are you satisfied with what's happening across our nation and world? There are forces at work that threaten our way of life, and I'm committed to keeping them from reaching our doorsteps.
A Record of Results
As your full-time Delegate, I've worked tirelessly to not just protect our West Virginian values, but to strengthen them. My record speaks for itself—I've successfully championed legislation that became law, delivering real results for our district. View my legislative accomplishments here.
Guided by Unwavering Principles
My life has been shaped by discipline and principle:
As a submarine-qualified, retired US Navy Engineering Duty Officer, I understand that following the rules isn't just important—it can be a matter of life and death
As a lifelong Scout and Scout leader, I live by the Scout Oath and Law daily: TRUSTWORTHY, LOYAL, HELPFUL, and more
My faith guides me to honor the 10 Commandments in both personal and public service
These experiences forged my deep commitment to civic responsibility, motivating this engineer and program manager to emerge from retirement to serve our community.

When I joined the Navy, I swore to defend the Constitution—a promise I carry to Charleston. My submarine service taught me to remain steady under extreme pressure, sleeping just feet away from weapons with devastating power.
I can assure you: when lobbyists and special interests try to pressure me to compromise our conservative principles, they'll find I have the resolve to stand firm.
I was Re-elected in 2024 to Continue Fighting for West Virginian Values – From Elk Garden to Burlington, Rio, Augusta, Springfield, Fort Ashby, Short Gap, and Piedmont and everywhere in between I have been working full-time to represent the people of District 88 both here at home and in Charleston.
